Herbal Liqueur for Cocktail Making

Herbal liqueurs are made with combinations of botanicals such as herbs, roots, spices, flowers and citrus peel. Their flavour can range from lightly floral and sweet to rich, spicy and intensely herbal.

Because they are so concentrated, they are often used in relatively small amounts to add depth and complexity rather than to dominate the cocktail.
